The process spanned research and discovery, strategic conceptualization, UX/UI design, prototyping, and development, ensuring alignment between editorial objectives, technological capabilities, and user needs. Particular emphasis was placed on building scalable systems capable of adapting to the fast-evolving media landscape.
The project was conceived not as a static redesign, but as an evolving digital framework — structured to support continuous iteration, audience growth, and long-term innovation in response to the changing dynamics of news consumption.
